Dell/Karma 40 GB question

Dell is listing the 40 GB model as being able to ship 5-7 days from now. I ordered one last week (along with some other stuff), and now I'm wondering if I'm ever going to get it. Are there indeed any 40 GB models available in the US?

Don't hold your breath. There are no 40GB models in the US at this time.

Ok, I won't hold my breath. From skimming through the other posts in here, it doesn't sound like anybody knows with certainty when they will be available. Is there a rough time frame though? When is the soonest we should expect to see them?
