Out of curiosity, was the Karma still there? A local employee and Karma owner I know recently had to "downgrade to the iPod" when his Karma hard drive failed outside the 90 day tiny Rio warranty, but well within the Best Buy replacement plan. His access to the computers showed no stock in any of the local stores, nor the regional warehouse, and a status of discontinued.

I can ask him to check. I never did see a karma at best buy.

Wouldn't be the first time a web site's been crap...I'm going to have a look at my local BB tomorrow (and if they do have it you can bet your booty that I'm getting the extended warranty!).
