Protocol error (-71) with Mock server

I just got my receiver in the mail and everything works except the query cgi. Any attempt to use it on the receiver results in "Cannot contact server Error -71 (protocol error)". I can run the script by hand and it looks fine. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have a working server I could connect to and look at?

Come on now, someone out there must have a server that doesn't have the web port firewalled off.
