How do I install JReceiver in Win XP?

hi there,

sorry if i sound stupid, but i'm not a programmer and have minimal experience with java, and no experience with linux. i would really like to use jreceiver to serve my new rio receiver and to play shoutcast streams, but i don't know how to install it. i've downloaded the java runtime environment from sun, and the files from sourceforge, but i don't really know where to go from there. if someone could help me out, i would greatly appreciate it.

These will be merged into the upcoming jrec release.
