Missing power cables in new Rio

Just bought two new units from chumbo.com and there were no power cords in either box - anyone else have this problem? I was so excited when I saw the box waiting for me when I got home too

I thought my unit was shippeed without a power cord (in reality, I left the cord of one of the two units @ work..) ended up going to radio shack and finding it a standard cable there..

Thanks. As I have a radio shack pretty close to my house maybe I'll just go and get a couple there tonight rather than wait for Chumbo or Sonic Blue to respond (and potentially take days or weeks to actually send me anything or tell me to return the units).
