Alternative Download Sites for Rio Software?

Is there an alternative place that I can receive the latest version of the Rio Receiver software or any updates? It seems that the Rio site has removed most all references to the Receiver or the Central.

If I cannot receive those updates, What should a guy like me use a a alternative software? I have three empegs, one for the cars, one for in the house that I keep upstairs that gets transfered from one room to another and one "spare". It would be nice to sync the databases. Also, i do want to stream webcasts.

There are no updates, so there doesn't seem to be much point in having space for them on the website.

If you want the original software, it's generally available somewhere on ftp://ftp.diamondmm.com/

If you give me an ftp to send it to I'll send the entire cd in a zip file (version 1.04). I'd email it but it is 78MB.

Roger, could you ask Rob if he could arrange to get permission for Riocar.org to host a zip image of that 1.04 CD?

There have been many requests from people with the rebadged Dells for that version of the software.

Version 1.03 can be found at this link along with user manuals, no password required:

This seems to be a newer section of their website. Maybe they will have all of the other updated software soon..

Actually if they were going to make it available you would think 1.04 would have been loaded instead of 1.03?????

Yeah, please, would someone at Rio please make an official downloadable place for 1.04?
