Any ideas what to do if the receiver won't even power on? Have tried wiggling cord in socket. Just got this from ebay merchant -- hasn't been powered on previousely.

There is an LED on the PCB inside the receiver I have
that's visible through the perforated grill. Even when
the unit is powered-off, the green LED is still on if
the power cord is attached. If you don't see the green
LED, sounds like a dead unit (bad power supply?).
