Powerplug replacement ?!

Powerplug replacement ?! - 25/08/2002 10:15

After getting used to the "players thinks it's at home when in car" problem,
my power-plug finally died last week.
The connector simply wouldn't stay in place anymore, instead it kept slipping out.

So I removed the plug for the board and tried to get a replacement.
Any hints where to buy them (preferably germany or europe) ?
Or even better the original manufacturer and part# ?!

I challenge anybody to find another company like this one... where the head of product support goes searching for people with problems, initiates contact with same, and offers free parts support for an EOL'd product to someone whose product is out of warranty...

Amazing!

Actually we just need to free up the space that all these spare parts are occupying

You don't happen to have a couple of those new 130GB TravelStars occupying some shelves ?!

I wasn't aware they existed. If we did have some, they'd all be undergoing "validation" by the rest of us .
