endpoint stall error

endpoint stall(clear stall on ep5)
endpoint stall(clear stall on ep4)

While watching the empeg on the com1 port(since it has been acting up lately) I get these messages over and over.
Any idea what this means exactly?
I have sent email to support about a harddrive issue, which may or may not be related to this.

It's nothing to do with HDDs, this is just USB getting a bit upset and resetting itself. You should only see things like this during a sync, though.
