I apologize if this has been answered already..
but i'm just doing a double check..
Does any empeg natively support MP4, mp3PRO, AAC currently?

Nope. The current software released does MP3, WAV and WMV. v3.0 of the software which hasn't been released yet does the above three and Ogg Vorbis and FLAC from what I hear.
MP3Pro and AAC would both require a license to get the decoder so unless somebody can find the cash then I doubt it would appear any time soon. No idea if MP4 would require a license. You'd also need an integer version of the codec as well to run on the ARM processor.
