Anyone know of a 40mmx40mmxwhatever fan that will fit inside an empeg and will push at least 10 CFM of air?

Nope, but it will probably be pretty noisy.

Sunon do a 9.1cfm fan at 27dB(A), see:

10 cfm ?????

What are you trying to do, use the empeg to ventilate the entire car/provide airco/propel the car with vertical lift thrusters?

Papst has a variety of fans (www.papst.de):
412 JHH - 24 m3/h ~ 14.1 cfm, 46 dB(A)
412 J - 19 m3/h ~ 11.2 cfm, 39 dB(A)
412 - 10 m3/h ~ 5.9 cfm, 18 dB(A)
412 FM - 6 m3/h ~ 3.5 cfm, 16 dB(A)

10 cfm is a LOT of air and a lot of noise though...
