Emplode can't find Mk2 player

Emplode can't find my Mk2 player. I am running 64 bit windows 7 and have tried USB and Ethernet connections. It has worked before, but now Emplode can't find player on either my 64 bit computer or laptop running with 32 bit XP. Running with software version 2.0.

Unsure what to do next.

Now it says cannot connect socket....

Using Ethernet: make sure that you poke the proper firewall holes.

Using USB: Not sure if the Emplode USB driver will work on Win7-64, but you can certainly try, but you have to do this.
