Developer Site / Cross Compiler

Seeing as though the developer site is down (at least, www.empeg.mars.org is refusing connections), anyone have a link to a site with some info on where to get the stuff to get a StrongARM cross-compiler up and running?

I had one running a while ago, but that is long since gone.

If I remember correctly the cross compiler on the developer site will not compile 2.2 kernels. I have a cross compiler on my site under the programming section. Just click on the link in my sig.
