After applying v137.hijack.v200b7.mk2.zImage, it looks like it's in there. But I see two patches in the download area. Do I need those too?

No. Those are patches that Mark didn't write, but he uses them to generate the final Hijack kernel. Mark shows all his source code for Hijack, but since he didn't write those pieces, he keeps them separate. If you're not interested in looking at the code, the .zImage file is all you need.
