Installer Recommendations

The purpose of this thread is to allow us to share experiences and compile a list of professional installers around the world that have done a good job installing empeg players.

As well as this information being available for clients to browse here on the BBS, I will compile a database at empeg. Our Customer Services people will be able to access this when replying to client enquiries about installers.

If you also want to give warnings about installers that have done a poor job then I don't see that that would be a problem here - but I won't use that information at empeg in any official capacity.

Thanks in advance for your feedback, which I'm sure will benefit existing and future empeg owners alike.

I think it's fitting that we get the ball rolling with Cambridge Car Audio, who have almost certainly fitted more empeg players than any other company in the world.

CCA are based in Cambridge, UK - just along the road from empeg. They installed empegs in our Mercedes A Class demo car, Hugo's MX5 and CRX, and for several of our clients. Their most empeg-aware staff member is Dominic, and their phone number is 01223 336969 (+44 1223 336969 from outside the UK).

Bill Duane at Sound Advice in Jacksonville, FL did a great and timely job installing my Empeg, Nokia car kit, and moving the in-dash changer in an Isuzu VehiCross.
