Those options in Hijack that let you speciify a location are useful, but why not make it automatic? Have a little routine to read the serial number of a Dallas button hanging off the serial port of your various sleds. (car1,car2,home,work,etc.)(stalk location, EQ settings, etc.)

I don't know how much more complex it would be to use the temperature buttons to monitor various temps. in your system. (loud speaker, amps, engine, cabin, etc.)

That's what the tuner ID is supposed to be used for. I've not got a tuner so I've no idea how much is implemented. Probably in the FAQ though.

Not in the FAQ because it's not implemented in the software (as far as I know). Hardware feature is there, software to support it is not there.
