Currently there is no way that I can find to switch between the favorite and all visuals mode from the player its self.

How about holding down the "Visuals" button on the remote, or, with Hijack, setting up a "Visuals" IR translate function to be assigned to the PopUp menu.

The intent was to be able to do this without the remote. I never usually dig it out unless I want to do a search.

Editing the Config.ini to do this now

Use the Hijack "Quick Knob Press" feature to bring up the default Popup0 menu, scroll the menu to "Visual", and press/hold the knob for about a second.
Done.
Done.
