Posted this in the Programming forum and realised it probably really should go here...
Did a search and didn't turn up much rather than some discussions from a few years back about support for cue sheets on large mp3 files and splitting of mp3s around the frame marker.
I have lots of livesets and mix cds that really need gapless playback. My favourite solution is to just have one big mp3 file and record the track splits in the cue file.
Is there any chance the cue sheet could be supported in the empeg - or is this a too fundamental change to the way the player software operates...?
