Tuner Mute (Pause) MKII - 2.00 Final

If you reboot (or power down) with the tuner muted, the tuner will not be muted after the reboot (or power up). Interestingly though, if you have the player paused, it will remain paused after reboot.

This might be a necessary side-effect to work around the other bug, where sometimes after a reboot, you got the opposite-toggled DSP mute and the player made no sound unless it was paused.
