Everytime my empeg boots in the car running v2b3 1) I have to manually turn it on, it use to just start playing & 2) the empegs sound is muted, to bring sound back to normal I must either change a EQ setting by only one increment or toggle the remote source button (Rio remote-top right).

I've never had this problem. It has always started from the last place/state it was in.

Using 1.03 or 2.0b3? Running 1.03 it starts playing as normal, where it left off but with 2.0b3 I can put in let it boot up and it proceeds to shut off, same if I leave the car for just a few minutes (yes timeout is set much higher) but stioll does it.
