Can't shift focus between panes using keyboard?

Maybe this is just something I'm missing...

I haven't found any way, using the keyboard, to move focus from the left tree pane to the right-side list view. Again, relating to macros and automation, this makes it hard to script something to walk the tree and sub lists.
