Hi.

I tried to compile a new toolchain today, based on the most recent binutils, gcc, glibc etc. that I could find, but I was not successful. Is there anyone around who was more successful?
I compiled and installed the arm-linux targeted binutils (2.11.2) without a problem, but I'm unable to get gcc compiled, it always ends with an error message complaining that "-lc" can't be found, or that it can't find "crti.o" or "crto.o".
The reason behind this attempt to rebuild the toolchain is that I wanted to make an up-to-date version available and that I found quite a few bugs/misfeatures fixed in 3.0 that are not fixed in 2.95.3.
