Bad News again, Deal fell through with D&M

This does not sound good. And SBLU has been removed from trading.

The pertinent part of this, again, as explained in other threads (sorry, don't mean to be snippy), is:

unable to reach a final asset purchase agreement ahead of the deadline set by the United States Bankruptcy Court

They may still purchase it at auction.
