Kick me right in the FAQ PLEASE

I was looking but didn't see anything talking about this. Is there a way to use my boot logo as a visual in visual mode? I'm sure this is simple stuff for most of you, but I am a little slow on the up-take. Thanks for any advice, and if you are going to flame me..... be creative. lol
