All email deleted, care to fill me in?

Hey all.

I am a regular reader of every post on this forum but I am using a slow dial up connection (all that's available here). I subscribe to the daily digest so I can read the posts easily and offline. I have been on vacation since the 18th of July and I came back this morning to download all of my expected thousands of emails only to download 39. Everything from the 18th to the 28th of July has been deleted by my ISP before I had a chance to download it.

So if there have been any great developments in the past week and a half or so I would love to have a link to the threads involved. I am going to be doing some searching myself but with this slow connection anything would be greatly appreciated.

Can't recall any earth shattering developments off-hand - nothing like v3 being released, which is of course what we are all waiting for!!!

Bummer about the email - I think I read in a /. comment that a Canadian ISP lost several million email accounts.

I think by "released" he meant "released to the general public" not just to a few people. From what I understand v3 won't be released to the world at large until it's in beta status, and no timetable exists for that.
