I get an error, no hard disk found on bootup, i have looked through many posts and not found an answer, the hard disk is fine and the IDE is crimped, the solders seem to be fine, I'm looking for an alternate solution or a way to get a new IDE cable as i have learned that no one sells there darned things

Depending on which address you used @ sonic blue, it might forward to Rob. If not, it probably goes to /dev/null now since SB is dead...
