Hot on the heels of beta8 is beta8a. This corrects a few annoying problems in beta8 and is a "must have" upgrade :-)

Thanks for all the quick fixes!
I must give kudos to Prolux for the cool new visuals. It appears the entire Empeg team (including their partners) are attentive as always to their customers' wishes.
Keep it up, guys! I love the fractal-looking visual. Is that actually based on the Mandelbrot set, or is it just a look-alike?

It's not a fractal, it's just sound-based. There *is* a fractal visual coming (Julia set) which wasn't ready for release in beta8a, but should appear by christmas :)
