Apple powerbook, MK2 and Jemplode?

Hi All,

I have a MK2 and also an Apple powerbook. I want to be able to transfer my mp3s from the powerbook to the MK2.

The kit that I have came with a serial cable, but that will only work with desktop machines, not my laptop. Is there any way to hook up the MK2 to my laptop? USB? some kind of adapter? and will it work the Jemplode (which version)?

Okay how old is your powerbook.

If it is recent then you want to use ethernet as i have a G4 powerbook 12" and i use ethernet i have never actually tried USB on it

Jemplode works fine for me but i think it needs version2.0 of the player software but i might be wrong.

Just download the Jemplode package for macs from the site and you should be in business assuming you have OSx
