Contact for Empeg US?

I tried emailing [email protected] with no luck.

My Empeg is in for service and I haven't heard squat in over a week. I need to contact them to find out what the hell is going on, but I have no phone number and no email.

Any help from the other side of the pond?

How did you get in touch with them in the first place if you have no contact details??

We include a service contact sheet with every player, which includes address, email and telephone details (1-800 toll free for the US).

I did get your email to info which I forwarded straight to US Support, asking them to contact you. When I get to work I'll dig out the toll free number and send you that.

If your player has a problem with it's main board then there will be a slight delay, as they are currently coming back to the UK for repair.

No, the screen failed on me.

As for why I don't have contact info, I don't have a copy of the email they sent me, and I can't find the manual. I know, I'm disorganized. :)
