Customer care - new definition- Eutronix - 08/11/2005 23:48

Hi all,
Been in business for years, dealt with some good and some bad people - but would just like to say Eutronix have just made my year if not my career list of 'Best Supplier' for nothing other than a $5(yes five dollars) refund.

Ordered some stuff online, paid the bill and shipping (thought the shipping was good value), forgot about it.

Just got an email saying a $5 refund was on its way because shipping wasn't as much as quoted!

Hell, my company makes some of its profit from packing and postage (as to most of the people we deal with) and to have somebody refund us with shipping excess is amazing!

Must rethink our business stategy and invite Tiny Tim to Xmas lunch.

Wow, Stuart at Eutronix - you are a Star - you deserve a plug.

I got one of those for my (catholic, extremely homophobic) roommate for his birthday one year. The look on his face was worth the price.

I was trying to keep mine a little more work-safe, but (no pun intended) whatever floats yer boat, man.
