Manual disk build instructions ?

Manual disk build instructions ? - 12/10/2006 01:59

Does anyone have a link to instructions for manual disk creation ? All I can find are bad links. The disk builder is not working for me I suspect because I am using a USB to serial adapter so I want to try the manual build.

Assuming that you're talking about the two pages on my website, it's probably my bad. I moved my website.

And I managed to turn off the clever mod_rewrite redirection thing I had going.

So, for future reference, here are the correct links:

Arg, Roger, stop changing things around like that! I have to keep editing the drive upgrade guide and the FAQ each time you reformat your web site!

Okay, edited the drive upgrade guide. But now I don't remember which FAQ entries had links to your web site.

Sorry. I decided that when I moved the website to a VPS host (it's now hosted in Seattle, rather than at home in London), that I ought to rearrange the content. This makes it easier to run a multi-site installation of both drupal and gallery2. It also allows me to methodically fix up the broken attachments.

I had some magic mod_rewrite stuff going on that would have made it transparent, but I turned it off last week while debugging a problem with Gallery, and forgot to turn it back on.

My bad.

Thanks for writing the great guide it was very easy to follow and I had no problems with the drive replacement.

I wonder why I couldn't get the builder to work the 2.0 upgrader worked fine I am only using 20GB drives.
