Upload, delete, upload, delete, upload, delete = problem?

I'm using my empeg for podcasts now, uploading and deleting many of them each week. Will this cause a problem? Fragementation, running out of non-reusable fids, etc? If so, I'll use my Treo for podcasts (and Audible). Thanks.
