Old mark2 player - 13/04/2010 05:26

Hi there, just joined yesterday and thought I'd say hi.

Cleaing out my old house and found a Mark2 Rio player. I can't remember how big the internal HD is, I only used it a coupld of times as part of my stereo system at home. I have all the wires etc. Is it worth anything? not seen any on ebay. Thanks

Here's a couple I was bidding on recently but unfortunately was outbidded on just before they closed:

I'm still after one if you're looking to sell and will ship overseas smile

Maybe you should be bidding more, $113.50 is an incredible bargain for what you are getting.

Yeah, but with the exchange rate and postage costs it works out considerably more than that anyway.

Plus I got my MK1 for $30US + Shipping, and that's serving the purpose well, so I don't mind waiting to get a good price.

Ah thanks guys, that is pretty helpfull. Although I am in the UK though. Not sure if anyone in the US would buy it with the huge postage costs. I'm unsure what I've done with the car connection back plate, can't remember packing it in the move!

I'm not in the US, I'm in New Zealand, but my brother lives in London, so that's always a possibility.

Seen the prices, pretty high! didn't think it would be worth that much. I had better find all the bits to it soon. Thanks guys.
