Volvo installation(s)

I have a 1991 Volvo 940 sedan and a 1996 Volvo 850 Wagon. Has anyone installed in a Volvo? Will/should the Mark II fit in the Volvo dash in place of the factory radio/CD/cassette units? Can anyone recommend an installer in San Francisco, CA? Thanks.

Steve @ empeg has got an 850 with an empeg in - he has a Sony CD head unit at the top of the 2-DIN bay, with the empeg below it feeding into the Sony head via an aux-in adaptor. This way he doesn't need any amps in the car, and can still use CDs if he wants to (though I don't think he does!)

I used Precision Car Stereo in Mountain View (ECR near Showers). They iterated once due to cabling problems, but now have a successful Mark1 installation under their belts. I have also used them for other work and have been very satisfied. My wife has a Volvo, maybe she gets my Mark1 soon :-).
