No, Agiax, the only way to buy it is to sign up on the waiting list and wait until your number is called (by Email). They will take payment by
Credit Card or money order or whatever, and mail it to you. As for being the best on the market, there are about 8000 of us that think so.
Similar systems seem to be springing up all over the world, but the Empeg Car is the only one I think is worth $1000 or more.
