Latest Anti-piracy attempt

Has anyone got any information on the latest copy protection system being trialed in the UK i believe?
Aparrently there is some track information burned in that lets the CD be played on normal stereos but won't let it be copied to a card drive or another CD.
There are appently 5 big labels trialing this on a few CDs.
