OT: Mercedes COMAND navigation in the UK

Has anyone got a recent Mercedes with the COMAND navigation system? I need a UK map disc for my RNS 149 and the Merc disc is compatible. I can get one from Mercedes but it takes weeks.

If I could borrow one for a very short time (i.e. a couple of hours or overnight) my gratitude would know no limit (well, it's worth a bottle of scotch at least!)
