Yeah, my ex-gf would have loved a bluetooth ankle bracelet to help choose "mood" music in the car. :)

It's not difficult to make the empeg support Bluetooth.
Either on the normal serial port or zap the IrDA port.
Linux stack is available, and serial-port chips is available
