Order a 10, get a 10?

My 10 showed up a little larger than expected, guess I won't complain about the missing p/s

Complain about it. Contact [email protected] and they'll get you a new one out without too much trouble at all. Also, there were some units that were packaged as 10G that actually had 12G of space in them. This happened as part of the transition from empeg to Rio.

It was packaged corectly, just not a 10

It's only a 20, glad I didn't get a Rio cd player instead (you know they look the same) a box is a box is a box
