The Smart Vehicle PC supposedly at $1K, but for 128 MB / DVD ROM / HDD 10GB INTEL MMX-266 MHz sounds interesting. Found this on /.

This was in the Taiwan section of CES - it's very cute. They said it would be around $1100 to dealers. Hugo got some pictures of it. It's very prototype right now - SLA plastics and hand wired looms. I believe their principle market is industrial and law enforcement.
