Short answer: yes.
You can replace the raw file "escher.raw" in /empeg/lib/visuals.

The converter program needs to go into the RioCar.org downloads section, its readme file needs to be updated with the proper documentation on which files are RLE compressed and which ones are not, and it needs to include instructions on how to send and receive the files from the player. When that is done, then I will link it from the FAQ.

I want to be able to make a faq entry that says:

I think the readme for RAWerter should include all other technical details without having to refer to a third site for instructions.
