Autochange of Visuals question

Checked the FAQ and couldn't find this..(hoping it's not there )

I'm using the latest Hijack and beta 11 and so I can get the player to automatically show the visuals when I start up the car. That all works great. What I can't get is for the player to be in autochange on timeout mode. That automatically gets reset every time I switch off the car and so I have to go through the 8 or so button presses to get it there each time. Is there something I can do to get this mode to 'stick?'

You are not the first person to report this, (see here) but only a very few (possibly only you and one other) people seem to be having this problem.

I wish I could be more helpful, but neither of my players (a Mark 2 and a Mark 2A) exhibit this behavior.

Anybody else?

Heh! I was just about to come back and update my own post with that same thread. (Dunno why I didn't find it earlier..sigh) Anyway... I wonder if there's a way to reproduce it or if it has to do with certain versions of Hijack...

Yep, me too. The autochange on timer forgets each time I cycle the power.

Actually, I have this problem also....and I don't have hijack installed.

change on timeout is lost when i power down...

This has been fixed ready for a future release.

oh good because I'm having that problem too. Visuals configuration doesn't save at all ... it resets after a power cycle.
