it was $319 when i got mine, in... mid feb, i think... and i watched it go to 339, 379, etc... and yeah, now 499. but seeing as they say they only have 7 units left, i guess they can do whatever they want with the price, because of the demand of them...?

Mine arrived yesterday, I got it at $389 and it is excellent. UPS was great - it was shipped Monday and arrived Wednesday afternoon here in the UK! Customs charge was way less than I expected, he says there must have been a mistake in the paperwork

Yeah it might be good value compared to the cost a year ago, but it sure as hell ain't good value compared to what they paid for those units! I'm appalled by that margin!
Still, the BBS has had plenty of notice to buy them at the lower price - almost three months ago.
