Empeg always starts with visuals enabled at home

I've read the FAQ. No really. I have. I can't find anything on this, only the similar 'issue' with visuals in-car.

Whenever I plug the empeg into the car, the visuals go off, which is fine, and expected. However, whenever I plug it in at home, it forgets that I was on Info: Track view, and reverts to Info: Transient view.

If I switch it off and on with the remote/front switch, it remembers this. But if I switch it off by pulling the power, it will revert to visuals when power is applied.

Any ideas how I can get it to remember my info setting at home?

that is a bug with the current 2.0 beta

Hijack has a fix for this.

Ahh, so that's what the Restore Visuals (v2beta11) option does! Marvellous.

WRT the Hijack FAQ, (if you're reading this, Loren) would it be possible to add this to the list of what the menu options do? Currently it just has 'restore DC/Car visuals' documented, and also says there is a problem with this in v2beta11. I had assumed that the option below it (which was actually what I wanted) was a method similar to the one above it, that worked in v2beta11.

Yeah, turn them both on for beta11.

But turn off the v2beta11 one when the next beta/release comes out.
