Surely you've eaten Chinese in your life? It's a type of Sum.

Sorry about the duplicated message, the BBS said it couldn't proceed, but did. Probably a problem with the operator.

Tim sent you a cable?

Tim is the person in the US office that takes returns for the Rio Car (so US customers don't have to pay for postage to the UK). I send the cables.

Sounds like you have some competition, David!

Wanna watch out, Tim will have you out of a job soon. We'd better start the "Save David's job" campaign now to preempt the replacement of the most encouraging example of after sales support I've ever encountered

He's not.

Perhaps you should read this and this.

Thanks tfabris. i was just wondering because I am having some problems with mine, and I know Rio has some offices in Tigard Or. Which is only 10 miles from where I live. It would be cool to talk to some one face to face that could help me out.

Make sure you post details of your troubles here on the BBS (and read the troubleshooting section of the FAQ). Perhaps your troubles are well-known issues and they can be solved easily.

Sounds like you need to get some help from friends that are car audio experts. They will be able to help you get it installed or recommend a good car audio shop that will do the install. Dont try it yourself unless you have some idea of what you are doing - you may blow up the empeg in the process.

Hi

There's nobody left at Tigard who knows anything about the car player. Sorry!

There are lots of owners in the Portland area, though.
