RioCar.Org site downtime

RioCar.Org will be inaccessable around noon EST, and will be back up a few hours after that time. The server that hosts the site is being upgraded to a newer machine with a bit more redundancy. So, all FAQ links, and the boot logo/buttons links above will not work while the upgrade is being preformed.
