New Lenses from filener

Does anyone have any pictures yet?

I'm paticularly interested in the Flourescent Orange, and the Smoke with the raised edges. I'm trying to find an acceptable colour to match :
a) my as yet undelivered RAV4
b) an Alpine 9813

Cool! He's got them up on the site. Did I miss the post announcing these? I've got a set waiting for me in PA that should arrive next week in my mail forward. I'll post pics when I recieve them.

Oh, THOSE lenses... Did the seller used to go by a differant name?

Mach was selling them for a short time, and IIRC, only the flat ones (non-raised, non-neon ones).

Now you can get raised edges (made by laminating 2 thinner pieces instead of milling out of a thicker piece as DarkStorms lenses were) neon ones + optional laser engraving.

Well worth to take a look at. When Mach was selling them I got the 5-pack - very nice.

I'm just amazed at the look and prices of these things! I also like the idea of getting more use out of the viewable area of the lens... the empeg facia has an opening that's a lot larger than the 128x32 screen... I like how these lenses get use out of that space by etching... very cool.

They're the same lenses. Bruce is the guy who was and is actually making them. I extracted myself when my life got too crazy to keep up with the orders.

In addition to the etching, Bruce (Laserbeam) has a couple other things planned. In addition to be a great guy, he does very nice work.

=O. How the hell did i miss these?! Laser etched logo?! i'm so getting one as soon as my install is done. Nice work!

Anybody with the laser etched lens wanna post a better pic? I'm particularly curious how the lens with just the logo looks.

He'll do custom lense with your name (or other text I assume), whatever border etc etc.

I'm ordering a smoked lense with the raised edge along with the "SUBARU" text logo up top and "WRX" along the bottom edge (or along side if he thinks it'd be better, I let him make the call).

He's been super easy to deal with via email. I've got replies from all of my questions the same day!

It's going to take him a bit to do the custom work, but I'll post pics.

My lenses are on their way.
