Considering selling empeg MK2a 20gig - 17/03/2004 21:39

So I'm considering selling my MK2a 20gig.

Unfortunately one day it refused to come out of the dock and me pulling too hard on the handle, and snapped it (the handle). It is still intact (just broken at one end)

Everything else is in great condition - sled, remote etc. Can take photos if desired.

Works great - I love the empeg... sold my car tho, so nowhere else to put it Might buy a Karma instead.

Will consider reasonable offers if I get some interest...

Cheers,
Craig (Australia)

Usually, if the handle breaks, it's because of this problem. Just for future reference.

I'm interested in a backup and in Brisbane. Do you have an idea of a price?

Pictures of the empeg are now available.

All the empeg stuff. I forgot to include the serial cable and manuals in the photo, but they will be included in the final package I sell.

I will also throw in the bag I bought for the empeg - it fits the empeg like a glove - almost like it was made for it. It's a great fit, and in excellent condition.

Finally, I also have the amp I had in my MR2 up for sale that I was using with the empeg - I'm asking AUD$200 for this - it's virtually brand new.

So far I've had two offers of AUD$500 for the empeg (not incl the amp). If you like what you see, or if you want to make a better offer, drop me a PM!

Cheers,
Craig

Woah, that bag!! What brand and model is that bag? And how can I get one in the United States?

I'm so looking for a good soft empeg case.

I picked it up at JB Hi-Fi (a fairly well known audio/video/cd chain here in Aus) for about 20bucks from memory... quite a while ago.

Edit: Well i found the details: http://www.lifegetfunked.com

Go to "Digital Bags", then "Bootleg".

I don't know how you'll go getting them internationally, but if you're having problems, let me know and I'll see if I can pick one up for you and send it your way.

Craig
