This is an original Rio Car / Empeg tuner module. It has no reception, just static/hiss on every channel. Offered strictly as-is to someone who thinks they might be able to fix it. Asking $75.

The replacement part (to fix it) costs $75. I'd offer you shipping costs (up to $10), but I've got a stack of them here already awaiting repair.
