When I first found out about the empeg, this case was pictured and shown in the demonstration video I watched. That made me think it was an empeg accessory. Evidently is has nothing to do with the empeg at all..

This is not an empeg accessory. This is a third-party case designed to carry camera equipment or similar items, and the foam padding has been modified to fit the empeg perfectly.

Yeah I know that now. Like I said, in the video I saw this case was pictured and I thought it was an accessory.

Empeg -DID- make a soft-shell case for the player which is really excellent and is (as far as I am concerned) the best thing to carry the player with. As mentioned in the FAQ, they are not made any more and they are all out of them.

A Pelican 1200 case is smalleer than the 1400 in those pics if you are looking for a smaller version, it can fit the unit, remote and even the home power cable. It's a great case for a empeg i have one myself and love it.
